What we read
The records you already keep. Nothing to install.
Every Opportunity ID works from exports your team can pull today. No connectors, no system access, no IT project.
Six kinds of record
Organized by what your business records. Not by which software recorded it.
Sales and pricing
What you charged, and what you meant to.
Customers
Who buys, and who nearly did.
Products and inventory
What you stock, and what sits.
Operations
How work moves, and where it waits.
Finance
Where cash goes, and how long it takes.
Demand
What people ask for, that you don’t sell yet.
Systems
If it can export a report, we can read it.
The systems we see most often in distribution, manufacturing, and services. Older or custom systems work too, as long as someone can run a report.
ERP

+ Prophet 21, Eclipse, SX.e, Business Central, and older systems too
CRM
Commerce
+ Customer portals and EDI order files
Carriers
+ Carrier invoices, TMS, and WMS exports
Spreadsheets
+ Any CSV, Access table, or report PDF
Logos belong to their owners. They show systems we read exports from; no partnership is implied.
How the files arrive
A couple of hours from your team. That’s the whole ask.
Records are held under NDA in an encrypted workspace, never used to train AI, and deleted within thirty days of the engagement closing. Read the data statement.
After the NDA, you get a one-page export list written for your system.
Your team runs saved reports. It usually takes a couple of hours.
Files go up through a secure transfer link. Never by email.
Every figure in the OID traces back to a row in those files.
Not sure what your system can export? Send the name of the software on the application form and we will send back the list before anything is signed.
