The signal

The assumption: team travel needs one volunteer with a credit card. The record: the manager fronts the hotel block, chases sixteen families for their share, and reconciles it at midnight, while deposits go out before anyone has committed and the surplus stays wherever it landed. Every family, every season, and nobody had priced what that cost.

The mechanism

Brigata puts the whole weekend in every family’s pocket. The manager sends one link. Each family sees its own share, chooses what it is in for, and nobody is charged until the team locks. Brigata’s Desk books the block, mails everyone when a game moves, and settles every line against what it actually paid. If the room came in under quote, the difference goes back to your card.

The signal

The assumption: gear is bought one case at a time. The record: photographers, film crews, and drone teams move a whole studio to a new location every day, with power in one box, tools in another, and the laptop in a backpack. Setup eats the morning and packing eats the night, and the industry had never sized the hours.

The mechanism

TYO is a powered, modular work system. The cases stack, lock, and roll as one unit, and power runs through the entire stack, so the rig arrives ready to work. Designed, machined, and assembled in the USA. We set the business model and the brand, ran the fundraising, and took it to market on a Founding Creators deposit model.

The signal

The assumption: market intelligence means knowing what happened. The record: the signals that say a market is about to move already exist. A filing changes, hiring spikes in one department, a competitor’s ad creative pivots, options flow goes unusual. They sit in four places, nobody joins them, and by the time a sales or marketing team notices, the window has closed.

The mechanism

Terminalpha reads those sources together and turns the cluster into an alpha: a specific thing for sales or marketing to do this week, and what it does to the business in dollars, time, and lift. It is the same move we make inside an Opportunity ID, run continuously against the market instead of once against the records.

The signal

The assumption: the price is the price. The record: six sportsbooks post six different numbers on the same bet, and almost everyone takes whatever their one book shows. Nobody handicaps worse than the next person; they pay more for the same outcome. Across a season of identical bets that is real money, and the industry had no reason to point it out.

The mechanism

Supaliner puts every book on one card and lets color do the reading. Green is the best price on the board. Gold is the best price on a book you already hold. A pulse means our models expect the number to move. One tap opens the slip. The site proves the thesis live: two bankrolls, the same forty-odd bets, one taking a single book and one taking the best line, and the gap between them is the product.
