Justin Järvinen’s
{Design Thinking + Claude} Workshop
Find the growth. Ship the solution. Together.
A one-day working session for leadership teams, in person or virtual. Your team has the hunch, your records have the proof, and we find the growth between them. You own everything that comes out of it.

No innovation theater. Just growth you can ship.
Not a design thinking day.
Sticky notes are how we get the ideas out. They are not the deliverable.
Not a class on Claude.
Claude does the homework on every idea. Your team never has to learn a prompt to get the value.
A working session that ships.
Every room ends with the top three owned, sized, and on a path to build.
Your team has the hunch. Your records have the proof.
Most companies never put the two in the same room. Design thinking gets every hunch out of your people. Your quotes, invoices, and orders say what actually happened. Claude connects them, so every idea leaves with a number attached.

One day. Dozens of ideas. Three that ship.
A 30-minute call to pick the question. Your team pulls a few exports.
Every leader writes their hunches alone. Dozens hit the wall.
Claude tests each one against your records. What has to be true, and what is it worth?
Rank by size, confidence, and speed. The top three get an owner and a stop condition.
We ship it, together. The picks go into an Opportunity ID, then a build.
What your team walks out with. Not a pile of sticky notes.
Named opportunities. New products, new markets, new customers, pricing and margin. Written down, not implied.
A dollar range on each. Checked against your own quotes, invoices, and orders. Not a guess on a slide.
The top three, ready to run. An owner, a first step, and the number that tells you to stop.
A path to ship. Pick one or two and we build them with you. The room’s fee is credited.
In person or virtual. Same session, same result.

Your office, or a room we book nearby.
Up to a hundred people at one wall. Best for planning season, offsites, and the first months after a close.
Book in personFor teams spread across cities.
The same session on a shared board, with your records loaded before day one. Nobody gets on a plane.
Book virtualIn their words
“…he not only understands the ‘opportunity identification’ and ‘financing’ phases, but he knows how to build a company that delivers.”
“…count on an exciting, dynamic and provocative development session with him.”
“He is the kind of person you want to talk with, and get to know when you have a big idea or vision, but just don’t know how to translate it into something tangible.”
“…his unique ability to develop business strategies and craft solutions in a creative and presentable format for anyone in an organization to understand.”
“What’s more, he delivers – on concept, on budget, and on time.”
Planning 2027?
Book your room. Start with a 30-minute call.
Tell us a little about your team, then pick a time for the call on the next screen. The room is on the calendar within three weeks of it.
Questions leaders ask first.
Is this a design thinking workshop or a Claude workshop?
Neither. Both are tools we use in the room. The point of the day is finding specific growth in your business and deciding what to ship.
What does it cost?
It’s quoted on the 30-minute call, once we know the format and the size of the room. If you run with an idea afterward, the fee is credited toward the Opportunity ID or the build.
What do you need from us?
Your leadership team for the day, and a few exports your team can pull in a couple of hours: quotes, invoices, and orders are the usual start. Nothing to install, no system access.
Who owns what comes out of it?
You do. The ideas, the plan, the wall map, the Claude project we set up, and anything we build afterward.
Who should be in the room?
The people who decide and the people who do the work. Anywhere from eight to a hundred.
