Who we serve · Lean operators

One bottleneck is eating a workday. What it costs is already in your records.

Under $20M, every hour is already spoken for. The bottleneck is usually a single process that eats a workday: quoting, order processing, reconciliation, the weekly report. We find the one worth fixing, fix it, and hand it over running.

What you are guarding

The worries we hear first, answered.

Vaporware

The OID is a signed document with your numbers in it, and the build is a working mechanism inside your operation. There is no demo stage and no pilot that never ends.

Babysitting

What we build is built to run itself, and during the build you get evidence every week instead of a meeting to attend.

Maintenance

What we ship belongs to you and runs without us. No license, no dependency, and no monthly ticket to a vendor.

Your time

One afternoon for the working session. That is the whole ask.

The usual bottlenecks

It is almost always one of these.

Order processing that takes a full workday. Custom quoting that needs a person every time. Vendor invoices reconciled in a spreadsheet. Shipping anomalies nobody catches until the customer does. Inventory forecast by feel. A report that gets rebuilt from scratch every Monday.

Each of them has left a record. The OID reads those records and puts a number on what the bottleneck costs you and what fixing it is worth. Then you decide.

On record

Every bottleneck leaves a record. Brigata, TYO, and Supaliner each began as a gap the market had recorded for years and ended as a mechanism that captured it.

Questions

Asked before the first call.

What does it cost?

The OID is $500, credited against a build if you go forward. Builds are a fixed price stated before any money moves, ten weeks each, with no hourly billing.

How fast?

The OID comes back in ten business days. If you go forward, the mechanism is live in ten weeks.

What do you need from us?

An export from the systems you already run and an afternoon of your time. The NDA comes first, and nothing is installed.

What if the numbers turn out to be small?

Then the OID says so, and you have spent $500 to know rather than a year to wonder. Most of the time the gap is bigger than the hunch.
